Deposit Policy
Upon receiving your reservation confirmation, a $2,500 deposit will be held on your credit card until the return of the rental vehicle. Your deposit will be released after the return of the rental vehicle minus any monies due ( for gas, additional miles, tolls, citations, insurance deductible, additional days charge, cancellation fees, location charges and all other applicable fees )per the accepted terms of the rental agreement.

Rental Agreement
A renter is only permitted to operate a rented vehicle from us by securing a signed, current rental agreement contract that contains the breakdown of the terms of the rental ( namely total rate, dates and times of pick up and return and other applicable terms)

If the renter requires to keep the car longer, the renter needs to negotiate a new contract prior to expiration of the existing contract.
Rental extensions are not guaranteed.

Car Delivery
We will gladly deliver your car rental to your hotel, office, home, airport, body shop or any place you choose within your pick-up city. Simply choose “Car Delivery” when you book your reservation. Car delivery fees of a minimum of a $100 or $7 per mile ( whichever is greater ) will apply.

After Hours Car Pick-up or Drop-Off
We are available after normal business hours and on Sundays and holidays, however, an after hours fee will apply to all reservations that require delivery or pick up of your car rental after normal business hours and on Sundays and holidays. Our normal business hours are as follows: Monday thru Friday 08.00 – 17.00, Saturday 08.00 – 14.00 and closed on Sundays and Holidays.

Vehicle Choice
Exclusive Car Rental cannot guarantee specific makes, models and colors of vehicles reserved and we reserve the right to substitute for similar makes, models and colors. Please call or e-mail your specific make, model and color requirements.

Car Return Condition
Absolutely no pets allowed in the rental car, any sign of pet presence will trigger a minimum $150 interior detail fee ( maximum charges can be in the thousands of dollars depending on severity ).

Renter will be charged a minimum fee of $150 for vehicles returned in a condition that requires more than a regular car wash to clean ( maximum charges may be in the thousands of dollars depending on severity ).
Absolutely no smoking permitted in the rental car. A minimum $1000 fee plus loss of use plus loss in value ( can add up to thousands of dollars ) will be assessed for cars that have been smoked in.
Some examples of cars that need more than a regular car wash to clean are the following;
1] Food, coffee and/or soda stains in cup holders.
2] Fast food, loose change, ash between cars seats.
3] Cigarettes or ash in ashtray – Absolutely no smoking permitted in all our rental cars.
4] Cars that are smoked in.
5] Excessive exterior dirt due to dried bugs on front bumper or sand under wheel wells.
6] Presence of pet hair in vehicle.
Fuel
Refueling of gas and recharging of electric vehicles is renters responsibility. Our refuel rate is $6.95 per gallon plus a $25 service fee. Our recharge rate is $6.95 per 15 miles of charge plus a $25 service fee.

One Way Rentals

Acccident Policy
For insurance reasons and your own protection, you must file a police report in the event of an accident to document your statement of the facts. Please contact us promptly @ +1-310-534-3257 to report and to furnish us with all pertinent information related to the accident. Renter is responsible for all damage to the rental vehicle, loss of value to the rental vehicle, loss of use of the rental vehicle and damage caused to third parties.

Cancelation Policy
The total reservation amount refunded for cancelled reservations will depend on the time of cancellation. 100% of the total reservation price will be refunded for reservations cancelled within 3 hours of booking. 75% of the total reservation price will be refunded for reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to rental start date. 50% of the total reservation price will be refunded for reservations cancelled between 15 to 29 days prior to rental start date. 25% of the total reservation price will be refunded for reservations cancelled between 2 to 14 days prior to rental start date. 0% of the total reservation price will be refunded for reservations cancelled within 2 days of rental start date.

Insurance and Coverage
You are responsible for all collision damage to the Vehicle, even if someone else caused it or the cause is unknown. You are responsible for the cost of repair up to the value of the Vehicle, towing, storage, and impound fees. Your own insurance, or the issuer of the credit card you use to pay for the rental may cover all or part of your financial responsibility for damage to, or loss of, the rented vehicle. You should check with your insurance company, or credit card issuer, to find out about your coverage and the amount of deductible, if any, for which you may be liable. If you use a credit card that provides coverage for your responsibility for damage to, or loss of, the Vehicle, you should check with the issuer to determine whether or not you must first exhaust the coverage limits of your own insurance before the credit card coverage applies. We will not hold you responsible for damage caused by collision or upset if you buy Collision Damage Waiver (“CDW”). But, CDW will not protect you if you: a) operate the vehicle in a willful, wanton or reckless manner; b) operate the vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol in violation of Section 23152 of the California Vehicle Code; c) use the vehicle to tow or push anything; d) operate the vehicle on unpaved roads where the damage is a direct result of driving on unpaved roads; e) use the vehicle for commercial hire; f) use the vehicle in connection with any conduct that could properly be charged as a felony; g) use the vehicle in a speed contest or driver training activity; h) operate the vehicle outside the United States; i) if the vehicle is operated by someone other than an authorized driver; OR j) provide fraudulent information to obtain the vehicle or provide false information at the time of rental, and we would not have rented the vehicle if we had received true information.
